The location of the hotel was excellent being just a few steps away from Zara Metro Station. This made it very easy to get into the main area. The room inc. the bathroom was clean and modern looking which suits my taste. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I had a good nights rest. The staff here are so nice! I asked if I could use an iron, so they gave me one. Only thing is it kept blowing the circuit breaker for my room only. It did it twice so I had to stop using it. When I came back later on they actually bought a brand new one! And a good one at that! I was touched and impressed. I could now go out without a crease in my clothes lol. One thing to note is that the breakfast is provided free of charge. They had a good selection of pastries (my fav) and served continental breakfast. I didn't need to eat again till dinner. On the TV they had YouTube which, for me as a content creator is a definite plus. If I am ever here in Milan again I would not hesistate to come back here to Hotel Zara Milan.

The bedroom was gorgeous and the back garden area was beautiful. Our bathroom was beautiful too! Both room and bathroom were very spacious and very clean. It is super close to a metro stop in a quiet and pretty area but also really close to the center if you hop on the metro! It's a great in-between place for anyone wanting to stay in Milan without the crowds and noise when you want to wind down. Highly recommend! The staff is also lovely and the bed is comfy!

The location is good. 4 metro stops from the Duomo. The hotel is a 1-minute walk from the metro. There are many restaurants nearby where you can dine even late at night. Rooms are cleaned daily. The staff was friendly

Great location right next to the Metro and a very easy 12 minute walk to Piazza Gae Aulenti and parks. Comfy bed, very warm and powerful shower, and room was clean. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating to the fact I only know a couple of words in Italian. I didn’t catch name of the member of staff who checked me in but she was super upbeat and friendly, and took her time to recommend places to me for my first night in Milan.

The room was modern and spotlessly clean, the Zara metro station was also only a 30 second walk from the hotel which was great for travelling around the city. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, we’d like to give a special mention to the lady who ran the breakfast, she was great!

Location was convenient to Milano Centrale, 12 euros in a taxi. Breakfast had an excellent choice of freshly made foods, cereals and pastries. The man working in the restaurant had a very positive vibe and provided a great service, was a great experience.

A simple hotel equipped with everything you need to explore Milan. The location is great - not far away from the central train station. The city centre can be reached easily by metro or bus. A great quality / price ratio.

Excellent room with high standard of cleanliness, comfortable bed and large well equipped bathroom. The staff were super helpful and the breakfast plentiful and delicious.

Reception gave super service with a happy heart. He helped us park all cars cheerfully. Made us feel very welcome. Small hotel but has elevator and air conditioning. Enough electric outlets. Everything was clean. Surroundings are green. Just a few hundred meters from the forest building and good restaurants. Breakfast was very good. Wifi is working well. Value for money. Highly recommended.
